Adviser Frontend and Platform Migration

Major platform migration project for Old Mutual Wealth (OMW), one of the UK’s largest wealth management providers, to reduce cost-per-customer through 3rd party administrator introduction.

Project Scope

The project involved replacing multiple legacy systems with the Bluedoor Wealth Management Platform and transitioning to a distributed, multi-organisation architecture. Central to this was the complete redesign of the Adviser web portal used by third-party financial advisers.

Key Responsibilities

Product Owner Role for high complexity areas including:

• Customer onboarding processes
• Financial account setup and configuration
• Contributions management (including fees and taxation)
• Pension products and administration
